Consumers are increasingly aware of how physical and mental components of our health affect each other, and they desire to manage both in a holistic way. Mental health, already an important area of concern prior to the pandemic, has come into sharper focus, with consumers articulating desire to feel happy and good about themselves and to be able to manage stress.
